Previous Litters

Spring pups available. One male, one female. We are taking deposits now on these two gorgeous dark chocolate pups whelped Feb. 16, 2007. The dam, King's Country Epiphany Morning, "Molly" is a sister to King's Country Sir Frederick from an earlier breeding of King's Country Beauregard SH CDX and King's Country Annie Get Yer Gun.

These pups are sired by Laurel Forks Spice of Life, "Hank", whose grandsire is CH Borador Willcare Master Copy. They are strong and healthy and will be able to go to their new homes by the first weekend in April.

Asking price is $750.00. They are vet-checked, wormed and have had their first vaccinations. Contact Sophia V. Brooks at 828-298-8500 for more information. The kennel has not had a litter for sale since Lily was whelped Dec. 6, 2005. These pups are beautiful and will not last long.

Update: The puppies were vet-checked on March 27 and are in perfect health. They have had their first shots and have been wormed. They will be ready to go home after Easter.

After a recent breeding between King's Country Spirit Dancer "Polka" and King's Country Beauregard SH, CDX, TDI King's Country Kennels is expecting a litter of superb puppies. The whelping date will be toward the beginning of December.

Beauregard is a big fellow, 90 pounds of very dark chocolate with a beautiful blocky head. He has Sonny's gentle temperament and mellow disposition, is extremely intelligent and very willing to learn and obey commands. With a natural instinct for retrieving Beau achieved his Junior Hunt title in four consecutive tests on May 24, 1996 before he was a year old. He then went on to acquire his first obedience title, a CD on June 15, 1997 at the age of two years.

Polka has many of her mother, "Cozy's" exceptional attributes. She has a calm, friendly personality and is a loyal companion dog. She loves to hike, swim and hunt duck. CH. Ruthless Blazing Brentley, MH, CDX, WCX, CGC, her sire, has passed on to her his keen intelligence and handsome good looks.

After a recent repeat breeding between King's Country Annie Get Yer Gun and King's Country Beauregard SH, CDX, King's Country Kennels is expecting a whelping date in mid-July 2004 for what promises to be a litter of magnificent puppies.

Last year, a breeding between Annie and Beau produced a litter of puppies in mid-November. All the pups were beautiful dark chocolate with blocky heads and very thick tails. The breeder kept a male and female from this exceptional litter. They are both well-tempered and would make wonderful family and/or hunting dogs. Both are very healthy with preliminary x-rays showing very good hips.

The dam out of CH. Erinhill's Topper (See Sire page) lives with her owners in Canton, N.C. Puppies from the July litter will be priced between $650-$750 each. Contact Sophia V. Sydney has an impressive pedigree of bench champions behind her. She is built like a quarter horse, well muscled and fast. When she goes out on a retrieve she is totally dedicated to her quest. She is progressing nicely with force-fetch training and is very birdy. She has a beautiful coarse coat of dark chocolate that serves her well in the water which she loves so much. Her sire, CH Ashway Willcare Impression CD, MH, currently has three legs toward his Master Hunter title and has passed along to his daughter some real talent for work in the field.
